   As always Lawrence and his team provide an exceptional service. Visited with my friends today who all shared an amazing experience. Staff are friendly, always smiling and are very funny. Prices are extremely reasonable for the level of service and skill they provide. We all felt extremely comfortable in the salon and welcome. Will definitely be recommending and coming back!

   I've been to a lot of hairdressers over the years and I've paid a fortune for cuts and colours - but Precision is by far the best! The team really know what they're at as Lawrence insists that training is key, so everyone there really knows what they're talking about and doing. They use fabulous products, the salon is lovely and with a coffee or glass of wine on offer, every visit is a relaxing delight. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

   I can't recommend this salon enough! I've been there several times and have always been made to feel welcome and comfortable and the experience always feels like a 'special treat!' My mother also went for the first time recently and she usually feels really nervous and uncomfortable at salons but the staff here couldn't have made her feel more relaxed. She loved it there and is keen to return! The main reason I love this salon though is because of the special treatment my little girl gets when she goes there. She's only 3 so getting her to sit still is usually a challenge but she runs in there now as she loves it! Even recently when she went for a fringe trim the stylist plaited her hair in 'Elsa' style plaits and finished off with glitterspray!! I've never been anywhere else where they treat each customer so uniquely!

   I've been going to Lawrence for 7 years now! He's done my extensions, colour and cuts and I physically can't go to anyone else as him and his team are the only people I trust with my hair. He always knows what I want and what will suit me as I am a really indecisive person and I never walk away dissatisfied. Him and the team are absolutely fabulous, always smiling and welcoming which is always a plus! If you haven't been here before, make sure you go! You won't be disappointed!

   I've only been going to Glo since Lawrence took over and I think it is purely a hair salon now, without the beauty treatments, but having my hair done has never been so fun. Lawrence is a fantastic stylist and listens to exactly what I want. He is knowledgeable about what products I should be using on my hair and how I can maintain my colour, without pressuring me in to buying any of the salon products. Though I think, for me, the best thing about this salon is that it's just so much fun. Lawrence is full of hilarious stories and we always have a giggle. I know this might not be what everyone wants from a hair appointment, but it beats awkward conversations about what I'm up to at the weekend or where I'm going on holiday. I now live in Bristol, but I come back to Cardiff to get my hair done because I really trust Lawrence to get my hair right.
