Have been a few times- poor cut and service for the price at all three visits. Only good thing I can say is there's rarely a queue and you're out of there fast. if you're in a rush and are happy to pay £21 for an £8 cut this is the place
I was in the area for a wedding and made an appointment to have my hair cut and styled the morning of the event. Helen did a fab job - the waves stood up to the windy weather and looked perfect all day and night; got loads of compliments! Very happy with the cut as well. Very friendly service.
Have been going to lazerous for about 30 years. Always enjoy having roots/foils/blow-dry done. Lovely, friendly staff, especially Helen, my stylist who always manages to make me feel so good when I walk out the door.
This afternoon my Mother was verbally assaulted by what I can only assume is the Manager, a very angry man. My mother parked in a space outside the salon that had no road markings to indicate it was either private or allocated parking, there were no signs anywhere indicating this yet the horrible little character decided to beep his horn, raise his voice and verbally abuse my mother. My mother did what she needed to do in the village and returning to the car she was again shouted at, witnessed by many who have contacted my mother since to see if she is ok due to the aggressive demeanour of this horrible individual who had also blocked her in with his car. My mother asked this chap (can’t call him a gentleman after his actions) if she were a man would he have spoken to her in such a way to which he seemed to be silenced. If this is the way Lazarou wish to speak to people outside their premises which was witnessed by so many I hate to think how they speak to people inside. Will be strongly advising everyone I know to avoid this particular salon. Awful, aggressive and chauvinistic behaviour, vile.

I have a bad experience with them My daughter two years old and her hair is very thin. one of staff refused to cut her hair and doesn’t treat me and my daughter Nice then one of the staff coming to cut my daughter hair and I paid13.50. very bad, not professional, not clean and poor quality Never back to this hairdresser again.
Hands down the worst haircut I have ever had. I had the pleasure of having George (Lazarou Owner) who you would think would know what he is doing... I asked for a 0.5 fade and ended up with a straight 2. I also asked for nothing off the top, yet he continued hacking away. I can honestly say I’d have preferred to pay someone £17 to take a dump on my chest than have gone there.
I came here because my barbers was shut. Nice barbers/hair dressers in the middle of the village. I arrived today at 5:45, 15 mins before closing and the barber happily told me to sit down and wait as he would do my hair for me after he was done with his customer. I’ve been to places who turn you away half an hour before closing so was very impressed by this. The man who cut my hair, George I think, was very friendly and nice and did a really good job. Very quick cut and did a good job so wasn’t rushed. Will be going back again.
