   Honestly, I've been in all the nail salons in Leamington SPA and thought the price of this salon was a bit rip-off. I paid 50 quid for an infill with shellac. But the service is amazing the best I ever had in Leamington Spa. She removes cuticles perfectly well and she is polite and talkative. I don't know why there are a lot of negative comments over here. I understand that because she works on her own you might have to wait a bit longer. But believe me, she provides a great service.

   Contacted the salon to book an appointment and was told to walk in. I walked in within 30 mins of receiving that message and was told quite abruptly to come back tomorrow and they were fully booked. I said I could wait but was told again, fully booked. I am unavailable tomorrow, so found somewhere with much better service around the corner

   went in at 3.30pm, one women was working and asked what i wanted which i replied a set of infills; she asked me to wait and i agreed. i sat there for an hour until she had finished another customers nails, asked again what i would like then decided to tell me she doesn't do long nails yet their instagram is full of long acrylics, and the customer before me had long nails. ridiculous service after sat waiting an hour, clearly was lazy and didn't want to do it. waste of time will not be returning, a lot nicer nail salons around leamington with better customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

   Unfortunately, we couldn't have our pedicure and manicure done so we don't have an opinion about the job done. The owner was extremely rude from the very first moment we entered the place. She didn't have patience at all, her English is difficult to understand, her attitude is very negative and you can tell she doesn't enjoy her job. Thanks God there are different places around where you are treated like people, the place is more beautiful and tidier and the prices are very similar.

   Nails great. The nail technician was great at first; he started to get abit aggressive fileing the one and made it very wonky for some reason. I came out with okay nails but the experience with the man challenging me while he was in the wrong is not fair. It shouldn't happened in a work place. The lady came to fix it bit file one hand short than the other hand. I will come back.

   Terrible experience . Went for infills and polish - I thought £35 was excessive but it was day before lockdown and only place open. Despite no other clients, woman was very blunt and indifferent. Filed polish off my existing acrylics (never known it done like that before), so that my own nails, glue and acrylics were merged. Completely ignored my request to retain the existing shape of the nails and ended up filing them to a completely different one and down to the length of my natural nails, making the whole reason for having acrylics completely pointless. She worked so fast, she had already ruined the shape before I had a chance to say anything. When I mentioned one was uneven, she told me it was her job not mine and she knew what she was doing. Also filed underneath tips, making my own nails thin and weak. Worst nail bar I've ever been to by a mile. On the plus side, her friendly and entertaining children were there and were lovely.
