I have used this branch a number of times, It easy to order and collect with parking right outside. My recent order had 2 delivery problems to store with items i ordered , But Deb was on phone promptly to explain each time the problem and remedy . Im very happy to use this branch .

Staff simply don’t care. Was waiting at the counter whilst staff were just sat on their phones right in front of me for a minute. When they decided to come off them I ordered an item, was given the wrong one. Told the member of staff it wasn’t what I ordered and he said he’ll have to re-order to correct stock which would arrive by 11am the next day. Came the next day at 11 and it hadn’t arrived and a different member of staff said I would be waiting til around 2pm. A joke of customer service.
After showing they had items in stock online! They failed to have them in store nor could they get them in!
Thanks to the guy that helped me out this morning. Made sure I left with what I needed.
