proforma invoice purchased a tool that never arrived, after months and months of chasing i requested a full refund. They refused to return 945.00Euro and still have not. i would advise to stay away from purchasing anything from this company.
I am trying to contact them to receive some missing items after an advanced payment. They made a partial shipment and now they seem disappeared. Does anybody know what has happened ??
appalling service, goods never arrived, proforma payment never returned, no calls or emails returned either , presuming they were that good they have gone out of business......rightly so!
