   Hands down the best barbers I’ve been to. From the moment you walk in, you’re looked after properly – friendly, welcoming, and they actually take the time to listen to what you want. The customer service is spot on, nothing ever feels rushed, and you can tell they really care about making sure you leave happy. Always a great cut, great vibe, and an all-round brilliant experience. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   So went for my first haircut in over 4 years this morning. Ive been bald for that time, and decided to switch it up and go for a buzz cut with a skin fade. Reviews sounded good on here, but if i could give this place 0 stars i would. This was the worst skin fade ive ever had, the sides were not even blended, there was no smooth gradient in back fading down into skin. Key word being 'skin' fade. There was no use of a foil shaver or even cut throat blade on the neck. I came home to long bits of hair on the back of my neck, had to fade the side burns connecting into my beard myself and it only took him 15 minutes for the entire cut and this really shows. Will not be returning here.

   Friendly barber shop with a great vibe. Only constructive feedback for the business is to ask the customer if they have a preference of who cuts their hair. On a few visits, I’ve been immediately guided to an empty barber seat when I have a regular barber who I visit your services to see. Most customers have a particular way they like their cut and will have a preference of who cuts it. Ask before seating the customer!

   I've been going to Route 66 since they first opened and have never been as disappointed as today. I was having my usual skin fade and trim on the top, I asked the barber politely (who I've never seen before) about halfway through if he could cut a little more from the sides. After rolling his eyes and saying something in another language, he reluctantly and quickly cut some more off. But from that point on, he was smirking for the rest of the cut and messed my style up on purpose, which I can only describe made me look like Abraham Lincoln. He then took photos of my hair, presumably to show off to his friends how he messed my hair up because it certainly wasn't a masterpiece I can tell you that for certain. I might request those photos under GDPR so I suggest you have him delete them off his personal phone. I would like an apology as I am a customer of long-standing and I am very upset by the way I was treated today.

   Stopped by for an impromptu haircut, turned out to be an excellent choice. Friendly staff, very courteous and accommodating. My barber did an outstanding job with a high cut fade as requested. Looking forward to stopping by next time visiting Wales.

   Amazing team offering consistently great cuts. Been having my hair cut by the team for over 25 years and have never had a complaint. Lovely guys who can never do enough. My son will only ever let Ray cut his hair and looks forward to seeing him. Which is amazing as he used to hate having his hair cut. If I could give these guys six stars, I would.
