Had a 4th birthday party here, absolutely fantastic service and great fun! The staff were so accommodating to my requests absolutely amazing ! Would definitely recommend and will be back again.
Absolutely amazing party my son’s 3rd. The host Aisha interacted really well with the children and made it a relaxing experience for the parents too! Highly recommend booking with Diddy Middys. Reasonably priced and did party bags on request with a small fee per child.
We have just had my son's 5th birthday party at Diddy Middy's and I can honestly say we had the best experience. From the smooth and helpful organising to attentive staff on the day who were so friendly and could not do enough for us. We had the wonderful Kinga as our party host. Nothing was too much trouble and my son and his friends had a blast. Thank you again! Definitely recommend.
We had a party here at Diddy Middy's and I have been to parties before and they have been brilliant but Aisha was fantastic!! Everyone commented on how good she was. We didn't have to worry about anything. Presents were sorted and taken away ready for when we left so we weren't falling over them. Party bags (we did them ourselves) were taken and placed ready for Nellie to give out at the end. Aisha was funny caring and attentive. In the party room she made sure everyone had fun and made sure Nellie felt special! Communication beforehand was brilliant, always making sure we had a choice of games etc so the day would go how Nellie wanted. I can't recommend a party here enough! And I would always recommend asking for Aisha!! Thank you to all the staff and a shout out to the lady making the food who boxed up what was left for a child who couldn't make the party! Amazing day and stress free. Thank you all!
I just had my daughter’s birthday there, Ian and Meghan were brilliant. Great improvement to the softplay, a lot more cleaner. Meghan the party co ordinator was brilliant, she was so good with the kids and a brilliant host. Hardly no stress as she was on top of things. Kids loved the face painting and party games. For me it was less stressful all because Ian the new owner and Meghan were all hands on, even cutting the cake to in party bags and so lovely the party bags all had a balloon attached. These extra touches made a difference. The only issue was the cook wasn’t aware of the allergy requirement which I informed to staff at beginning of week and therefore one child had to leave early without any food …. I still rate this place exceptional as staff were always on hand, friendly and the kids absolutely enjoyed the birthday.
Very nice lots to do for children but today I found cold in in there maybe it's the cost of heating.
First time we've visited after stumbling across it on the Internet. Surprisingly big softplay set up inside, which our little boy loved. Food is great and very reasonably priced. Friendly and very helpfu, friendlyl staff who work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. Will definitely be paying a visit again in future.
Had my child's birthday party here it's ok place not the best lovely staff seemed very friendly and helpfull to me. The place seemed pretty cold in the play area tho clean tables etc which was good. Just wish we got the extra party bag supplies back we brought in.... but apart from that it's ok thought we did see a rat outside
Birthday party was good, staff was very accommodative and friendly. Parking is very restricted, but cars can be parked on the road too. Would like to suggest to move baby nappy changing area out of the toilet as there is only 1 toilet and when mum changes the nappy and locks the door (why?maybe at least remove the lock?) kids are unable to use the toilet itself. Other than that I love this place and the size of it, perfect not to get lost kids while having your coffee.
