   Walked into the under 4s area and stepped in a big puddle straight away from where the ceiling was leaking. Staff wiped the puddle but I was left with a drenched sock which I had to remove as result and couldn’t enter the area after this. The play areas are tidy but floor and toys visibly look dirty and the whole place is just off putting. It’s also really cold so had to keep coats on, I was literally able to see my breath that’s how cold it is. Quite pricey for a soft play given the poor standards which I wasn’t aware of upon entry. Not somewhere I’d go again.

   They charge £7.99 for 12 months kids. Better to avoid. £5 minimum spend on card. There are many other play areas which is much better than megaplay Bradford. Definitely I will not brings my kids again. Update: just wanted to reply to your response. Well not all the people have blue light card and even with blue light card the price was not reasonable which was £7.19 for 12 months baby. I just wanted to clarify to the people who are planning to visit Megaplay Bradford.

   The staff members are over worked, you can tell in their attitudes, they have no clue about customers service so they are rude and abrupt! Supposed to be a child friendly play area, it is still that as the children dont have to deal with staff .... overall was disappointing due to the staff attitude. It is a cheap in price, but I don't think I'd come here again.

   Absolutely disgusting service received from "Jaz" who I believe is the owner. We come here regularly & yesterday (21/01/23) my wife politely asked Jaz if we could be moved to a empty bigger table as there were 7 of us on a 4 seater table. She replied in a extremely aggressive & patronising tone "you can't expect to get a big table during our busy period, if you want a bigger table, then you'll have to come earlier". It was absolutely uncalled for. She then proceeded by going on stating that their website states its busy after 2pm & there may be a queue. My wife replied that it doesn't state anywhere that busy means you can't have a big table & she is only asking if it's available in such a polite manner so why is she speaking to her like that, why don't you just say sorry its not available?end of matter, no problem. She must have realised that her attitude stinks so she then went to then check but because she decided to waste time being confrontational, the table went by then. We go to play centres all over & have never experienced such a rude and horrible member of staff. Oh & later seen a customer having a go at her- bet she provoked him too. Mega play- happy to discuss this further with you if you care at all.

   I visit Megan since my boy was 4years old and now my daughter who is 5years enjoying there so much. We always have good time there, staff is nice. Lot space for parents to just sit enjoy cup off coffe and rest.

   We’ve been visiting since they’ve opened. Loads of improvements have recently been done to the play centre. My kid’s absolutely love going and its great to get the family to spend some good quality time. Being close to home and after visiting for a couple of years now my kids have formed a good rapport with the staff likewise. The food is great and they have family friendly affordable prices on things listed on their menu. Would certainly be visiting again.

   Rude staff and dirty play equipment. As soon as we walked in, the receptionist said "You're not allowed any outside food. If I see it on your table, I'm going to have to take it off you" That's not how you speak to a customer. No you will not. Like hell you will. You won't be touching anything. By all means, IF I did have any outside food and you did see it on the table, the correct way of saying it is "If I see any outside food on the table, I'll have to ask you to put it away" - Extremely rude and needs training. We didn't have anything on the table at all.
