I am absolutely devastated by the experience I had at this salon. I trusted them to do my hair, and they completely ruined it. The root dye job is horrendous—my roots are a completely different color from the rest of my hair, and it looks awful. This was not my fault; it was entirely the stylist’s mistake. To make things even worse, I was overcharged because my hair is “too thick” and “takes too much product and time.” That is absolutely ridiculous and feels like discrimination. It’s not my fault that my hair is naturally thick and curly, and I should not be penalized for it. A professional salon should be able to handle all hair types without making excuses to charge extra. I was so upset by the entire experience that I cried the whole car ride home. No one should leave a salon feeling humiliated and miserable. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for something that now needs to be fixed elsewhere. They change the prices as they please. Do not go to this salon unless you want to risk leaving with ruined hair and an overpriced bill.
Had my nails and eyebrows done by Cara today very friendly and talkative and informative too I usually just have my brows done but will definitely be getting more done there and will 100% be getting my nails and brows done here. I am extremely happy all thanks to Cara will definitely making an appointment to get my hair done there too.
First time at the salon today. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Keeley cut my hair and I am so pleased with the result. She listened to my needs and was so professional throughout. I have already booked a return visit for a colour and beauty treatments. I would highly recommend this salon.

Can't fault Amber 10/10 customer service and I'm very fussy who does my hair, probably best person who's cut my hair didn't miss any parts was double checking with me to see if I was happy with it, will definitely be returning
I was attending my friends wedding and wanted a nice up-do. I was very luckily able to book in for a last min appointment. It was my first time going to a hairdressers for this purpose. My hairdresser (who unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of) made me feel comfortable from the get go. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and even gave me tips on how to achieve it. I was absolutely thrilled with my hair, and had so many compliments on it. It stayed in place all day (even after sleeping on it too) and was really comfortable. It also was easy to take down and brush out. I felt confident all day, so for that - I can’t thank you enough! Such a friendly team too. I couldn’t recommend them more.
Really poor service....therapist late for appointment, too tired, too hungry ( stomach rumbling all through session)...nails lasted 12hrs at best . appalling when you've paid 30 pound ...won't be going back and definitely won't recommend...in fact cancelled follow up appointment and wasn't even asked why ???
Had my first hair cut here yesterday, I'm soo pleased with it. The girls are Fab! They are polite, friendly and the service is above and beyond. I could see that they go out of their way to accommodate you and make you feel welcome. The lovely friendly lady with glasses and purple dipped hair, served me. I will be a returning customer due to the exceptional service she gave. I would recommend to anyone, as they are super and made me feel comfortable. Customer service at its best. Thank you Girls!!!
