First time visiting this soft play and my children were very happy. The staff are attentive and friendly with lots of smiles. Great care was taken to maintain a high level of cleanliness. Music was not too load and was appropriate. As a parent i was happy for my children to enjoy such a clean vibrant environment. Cannot wait to visit again.
A wonderful place for both parents and kids. The new management has hugely improved the business in all aspects. The menu, the facilities, service as well as cleanliness is all on point. Its part of our child's weakly schedule to come here as she loves the place alot. Congratulations on the achievements to play palace.
Fantastic Soft Play – Highly Recommended! Play Palace is a wonderful soft play area that really stands out from the rest. The space is clean, hygienic, and clearly very well looked after, which makes it a relaxing place to bring children. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere feels safe and family-friendly. The food they serve is surprisingly good for a soft play venue, with fresh options that both kids and adults enjoy. One thing I especially appreciate is that they offer a free hot drink for an adult accompanied by a paying child—a lovely touch that makes you feel valued as a parent or carer. I highly recommend.
We had a fantastic time at Play Palace since the new owners took over the refurbishment. The play areas are clean, safe, and lots of fun activities that kept my little one entertained for ages. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The selection of food was also great — fresh, well-priced, and much better than the usual play-centre snacks. Overall, a great spot for families and we’d definitely recommend it! We’ll be back!
Me and my little lad loved this, it was so fun. HOWEVER, I couldn't help but notice how dirty the play gym was, now I know kids get sick and how easy it is to get sick, but me and my little lad were only there for 2 hours and that's the only place we were all day and that same night we was so poorly, I've got a stomach bug and he is really ill, struggling to breathe with plenty of phlegm in his throat.The baby section with the toys all the toys were old or not working, and as I say I couldn't help but notice how dirty it all was, it's such a shame because it' was a brilliant experience, I'm not here to shame but please do better because we do want to come back
Had my sons 1st birthday party here over this weekend, and it was absolutely amazing. Great staff, very helpful. The adult buffet went down well and the kids were entertained. Would recommend.
We held our daughters 5th birthday here and it was perfect. My daughter and her friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the staff were so polite and on the ball. Brilliant! ☆☆☆☆☆
The play gym is good sized has a small baby bit and a football / basketball area. Good amount of seating and tables.
Been here today with my boys Owen Walsh, George, Harry and Jack been here many times before they enjoyed it brilliant for kids to run around and interact
