   This is a great place for kids to play. Spacious and clean. Delicious food. The staff are fantastic; they are very friendly and attentive. The entrance fee is reasonable. My two children have been here and they loved it. I was also very pleased because the staff were very friendly and cheerful. I often take my children to playgrounds, and I've never felt the staff treat customers with such courtesy and respect as here. Especially since I'm not very good at English, and I rarely leave reviews for places I visit. We've been to many places in Bradford, where we live. Perhaps this isn't the place with the most games for kids that I know and have been to, but each play area offers something new and exciting, and I have to admit everything here is great. So, I recommend it to anyone with young children and some free time to bring them here to play. Thank you. Airtime halifax

   I recently visited this facility. We came 15 mins early like asked in the email, our session was supposed to start at 6pm. Staff didn’t attend to us until 6:10pm, I had to go into the cafe and ask someone to get us socks and a wrist band. One of the ladies behind the counter even scoffed at me after I told her we were waiting for 25 mins. Once we had been attended we went on the trampolines, staff didn’t get us to watch the safety video (very unprofessional and dangerous in my opinion).Trampolines were sagged down/damaged. I even got a cold from this place, which shows how unsanitary it is. I would not recommend coming here.

   ​We visited recently, and while my 3-year-old had fun, I cannot recommend this place. ​The entire venue is filthy. There was rubbish left out, and the whole play area was covered in dust and old debris. It desperately needs a deep clean—most similar venues are cleaned daily, but this one looks like it hasn't been touched in ages. ​More importantly, it's in need of serious maintenance. Some trampolines were sagging and had no spring left, and we saw several mats pulling away from the edges. This is a major safety concern. ​It's a shame, because this place has potential, but it's being let down by a total lack of care.

   We attended the Halloween party at Airtime. Our boys had a fantastic time, the event was really well organised and helped create a safe and fun environment. We frequently visit airtime during the school holidays. It’s an ideal place for our boys to burn off some energy and have a fun time bouncing around. Great work by the staff at airtime as always.

   I took my granddaughters and a friend of theirs on 6/10/25 and Brian was on duty again. What an absolutely lovely, polite, helpful and unassuming young man. So helpful, nothing was too much trouble and everything with a smile on his face. He was there a month before on our last visit but I never got his name. He is an absolute credit to airtime and I’m sure I won’t be the only person to think so. Please please please look after him as such wonderful staff are a rare find. Thank you so much. Brian for everything.

   Very disappointed to book a under 5 toddler and parent session to find a children's party with kids a good foot and and half taller. We usually only go for the first half an hour as its open age after, but paid it get a session that's safe and suitable for a 2 year old and this was not the case. Lost track of how many times he was barged over by much older, obviously excitied and boisterous, kids, and didn't get to make use of all the facilities as groups from the party were there throughout the session. We had a very sad little boy. Didnt risk taking him to the soft play after as we had had enough of him being sent flying. The sign in reception says parents must supervise but there was an average of 4 parents who stayed to 25+ kids. We raised our concerns to a member of staff but they weren't interested - too busy showing off their trampoline flips ability to small children, one time almost crashing into l me out on the trampoline next to them. Guess we will be off back to Gravity.

   We’ve always come for play days but had our first party here yesterday for my daughter. The party host, Lewi, was brilliant. Very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. There was so much food for the kids to share and it was lovely to have all the stress taken off me as a parent! It was nice to just be able to enjoy the day for my little one. I will definitely be having a party here again in the future!

   First time at the premises. No member of staff at reception. Waited over 15 minutes before I had to go get a member of staff. This bit into our allocated hour so only ot 40 mins play time. No information given regarding lockers where to put socks on or even how to access the arena. Poor customer focus and service. Not happy but grandkids enjoyed it. Also bathrooms were disgusting as if they hadn't been cleaned daily. Management should monitor the business a little more closely for its service provision and standards.

   Had my boys birthday party here and it was brilliant! All the kids loved it and the food was really nice plenty for everyone with even left overs to take home if we wanted to! Will definitely have a party here again and so worth the money

   Great fun for the little ones. They have an eating area where you can watch them on the trampolines on TV, an inside canteen area with arcades, another play area for 3 and under, a party area dedicated for special occasions. Excellent value for money. Disabled dedicated parking and entrance available.
