   I had a great experience at this pawnbrokers today, and I want to specifically mention Deen S, who served me. He was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. His kindness and professionalism really stood out, and honestly, if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have gone ahead with purchasing the beautiful Sring. He made the experience enjoyable and stress-free, and I hope his manager sees this and recognises the excellent service he provides. Thank you, Deen I look forward to another purchase

   Hours are 9.30 to 5 30. Went at 5.15pm. Shop closed, woman counting cash. I knocked, she gestures that they're closed. I point to the times on the door, she shrugs her shoulders...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

   Very bad experience in Eastham and Barking. Every time I call or come around to this store to do a WU service they never want to transfer the money on my bank account, but they can pay cash. They say that they had so many problem with WU receiver that they don’t do it and this is very strange because is more dangerous pay a customer by cash than with bank transfer as you have all the details. This is very shocking that I have to travel from East Ham to Camberwell to get a bank transfer and a great customer service. Is all the same company and should be all the same, no as they won’t. If you want to do any services go to Camberwell as is very great store, great staff and great customer service! For everything go to Camberwell here is just horrible and the way they treat the customers can tell they have racial discrimination. Never coming again and fix this problem

   Let me tell you something about this location Initially wanted to sent some money to Romania and for some reasons from Romania looks like someone withdrawl the money before the actually person actually took and and there been some problems about that. Thanks to Mr Dean from the shop I could get a hold of the problem and he helped me to sort it out quickly and efficientlly the problem. Thank you Mr Dean you've been very helpfull and kind Thank you very much for your profesionalism and good attitude towards the customers
