Not family friendly. Over complicated system where you can only order certain items on the menu in the children's area and then go to the pub side (separate area) for other items. This is not ideal if your taking children there on your own. Was advised that we would need to sit in the pub area whilst the children played because we had 2 adults and 4 children and 6 was too many. Discussed with the person serving and was then told that we could stay in the play area if we stood up whilst the children ate as we were not allowed to move any of the chairs from original positions. The place wasn't busy and there was quite a number seats available throughout. I felt that the staff serving where quite abrupt at times with the take it or leave it attitude. Both boys and girls toilets out of service. Used disable toilet as this was the only available one and the room felt very dirty and stunk. The food came and it was absolutely shocking was served brown/black chicken nuggets (it looked like the oil hadn't been changed in along time!)the carrot sticks where that dry they had started going white and wrinkly. I was told at the children's area I needed to get jugs of cordial from the pub side. When I asked the bar staff the manager interrupted and said they don't do jugs of cordial and only do pints so I asked for them and was charged £7.12 which is absolutely shocking for cordial! The overall feel of the place was dirty, and the service including staff attitude was poor to say the least. Don't waste your money here it's disgusting and not worth wasting your money.

My children loved this play centre so much that we went 3 times in 1 week before I decided to purchase a 2 weekly pass for £9 each. These are a Baragin. Adults are also Free!! I found the play centre was clean, it wasnt packed with people and when your time is up you are told 5 minutes left. 100% recommend this play centre

For me it's the first time I've been there and I can say, a big disappointment. My girlfriend and her daughter have been there several times, as there is an indoor play park. When we arrived, the staff asked us to wait 45 minutes due to the crowds, which I can understand. After this time there was a table available, and we took a seat, but they casually told us that there were 6 other families before us and we needed to leave. Despite the fact that payment had already been made. Maybe because my girlfriend is from Somalia??Same story with the food. We ordered 3 different dishes. They asked us if we wanted everything in 1 go, because 1 person had ordered an ice cream. We said yes. The other dishes were warm. However, we got everything at a different time and the ice cream dish was long forgotten. Same with the drink. They also forgot about 2 people, despite everything being paid immediately. So, both playground and service a big flop.

Horrible food and bad environment with terrible hygiene. Gravy was cold. Multiple hairs in the mash. Sausages were burnt. Peas were rock hard and seemed to be out of date. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Cleanest most efficient soft play we've visited. Very pleasant staff

Very hostile enrivonment; staff standoffish with their patrons, I thought the hush-hush whisper-whisper thing was something of playgrounds, clearly not. What gives your staff the right to pass comment on other patrons, and not just the same group, it seemed to be spread. Whatever happened to being kind? Or is it just what happens when you employ what seems to be teenagers? Other than that, area extremely dirty and noone seen to be doing anything. Did COVID teach us nothing? There's a *lot* better out there.

Staff here are very nice, coffee and a cake for £2.99 is a good deal, it's all very clean but it needs a bit of maintenance in places; bits of gaffer tape can be seen for various repairs.

Love this place so much. I’ve got 3 children so I’ve been to plenty of play centres over the years and this one is my favourite. Great layout, the kids love it as there’s loads for them to do. Food is really good and well priced, we all love the breakfasts. The seating is in the middle of the play area so it’s easy to keep an eye on the kids. Staff are always really friendly and helpful. We’re looking at having my sons party here we love it so much :)

I took my little boy here for the first time yesterday. The staff were okay I think they need to engage with their younger customers more. The price fo £3.50 is good, the facilities for the children to play on appeared to be well maintained, clean, and lots of ball sin the ball pool. There was a tanoy announcement reminding everyone that they only had one hour per paid session. I used to do kids parties at McDonalds whilst I was student and I always engaged with all younger customers and that's what this place needs to do more.
