   I used to come often for a haircut and they’re very professional. Unfortunately I went for a haircut today and the guy wearing white glasses cut my hair today (maybe he is new? I have never seen him before). He messed up the back of my hair, there is no fade, and my hair looks like a mushroom!

   Made an appointment on the phone for 3pm for my sons haircut. Was told there were a few people in front of him as they were busy which is no problem. After an hour and a half of waiting and multiple walkins being seen to I went to ask why my son was still waiting. Was told very rudely that they were busy. The man having his haircut at the time was not one of the people waiting when we first arrived. I asked why they have let my son sit there for an hour and a half rather than just saying they could not fit him in and was just rudely told again that they were busy. Absolutely disgusting attitude and service! Cannot believe the lack of professionalism and basic human decency

   Very poor customer service and booking system. Called earlier in the week to book an appointment and was told it would be better to just walk in. Thursday morning comes around so I pop in to have a tapered fade done. One employee was sitting at the desk while his colleague was cutting someone else's hair. There was another gentleman already waiting. Before I could even say a word one of the barbers said my hair was too long (surprising, as I have had my hair cut at barbers before with no issue, and I doubt my hair was any longer than a man who's gone a month too long without a trim) and that they couldn't cut it. I tried to explain that I wasn't looking for a full cut, just a trim up on the sides, and if they were too busy in the morning I was happy to come back in the afternoon. Instead of engaging with the conversation, they told me to try a salon for women. The man at the desk wouldn't even speak directly to me, only communicated through his colleague. I felt nearly humiliated and it was such an uncomfortable interaction! Will absolutely not be returning, and this establishment missed out on money from a customer who was asking for the exact same haircut they give every day. So disappointed and fuming.

   What a gem of a place. A really good discovery. From entering to leaving haircut shave and eyebrows trimmed by a group of young professional men where nothing was too much trouble and the end result was perfection. Thank you first visit but not the last. Been agsin still good

   My husband and 3 years old son went for a haircut first time here yesterday. The shop is super clean and light. Staffs are sooo friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with the smart and tidy summer haircuts. Thank you very much for doing my little boy's hair. Highly recommended.
