   Very disappointed with the lack of Service or communication from Ocean Laywers Portishead. I spoke to one of their lawyers on phone about some conveyancing for my mum's property as she is in a care home. I was requested to get a signed letter from her requesting a quote. This was dropped in person to office by another family member. 2 weeks later and not letter or even communication. Family member went back into office again and the lawyer was't available, but when he called back later, he couldn't even remember what it was about and ask for a reminder?? He then promised to follow up in next day or so with quote but 1 week later and we still haven't had a quote or even any call to give us an update. You employee lawyers to manage property transactions because they are supposed to be professional, diligent and organised...unfortunately we didn't see any of this in our dealings with Ocean in Portishead.

   Ocean Property Lawyers Portishead were amazing during the sale of our home. Claire and her team were incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, always getting back to us quickly (no matter how silly our question was!). Claire was fantastic at sorting out any issues and so positive & encouraging throughout the process. We can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again for any future sales/purchases.

   We would highly recommend the service provided by the legal team. Their castings are very reasonable but more importantly they are super supportive and positive. Every step of the process was explained fully and nothing was ever any trouble to get sorted when issues arose. Excellent service from Claire,Karen & Emily. We definitely would not hesitate to use them again in the future

   We had a great experience with Ocean Property Lawyers in 2023. They do convenancing for all properties, not just those sold by their estate agent. The price was competitive and good value for the service we received. Our solicitor was Karen who was fantastic from start to finish. She went out of her way to ensure the process went smoothly, in spite of a major blunder by our mortgage advisor. I think it's safe to say we wouldn't have managed to complete on time without her support. The assistant team were also responsive throughout (special shout out to Emily) and it was always easy to get hold of someone with any questions. I would highly recommend Karen and the Ocean team to anyone purchasing a property!

   I have used Ocean Property Lawyers twice. Once when I purchased an investment property in 2016 and again when I have sold it in 2023. During the sale solicitors in the Portishead branch , Karen and her assistant Claire were very helpful. If I raised a query I would get a reply the same day which was very reassuring during a stressful process. At the end Karen and Claire helped me get the sale over the line on 31st March- a deadline I needed to meet. I would definitely recommend Ocean property lawyers for their knowledge and professionalism and great customer service.

   We could not have wished a for more professional team to deal with our house sale and purchase. We started this process back in August 2020. We had 2 houses fall out, through no fault of Ocean. Karen Lassauzet and her team, Gill and Mya were always extremely helpful, very polite, helpful, sympathetic and most importantly honest and got us to completion last week. They delivered an outstanding performance throughout and we couldn't recommend them highly enough!
