Went in today to buy some safety boots and a black hoody, honestly the best experience I've ever had in a retail situation ever, don't know the womans name but thankyou blonde lady with glasses!
Outstanding service from Kusum who dealt with our order today, very knowledgeable & nothing was to much trouble.
Visited the Arco store in Leicester today, first I actually spotted the store via the good signs outside the shop. The sales assistant who served me Kusum was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable showed me everything I asked for, I said I was a 32 and she gave me two of the same pair on also in a 34 and said try that too as they tend to be a tight fit, she was right ended needing the 34s. She told me about all the offers and was very friendly. Would highly recommend A* Will use again.
We went in to get some safety work boots, great selections, really fabulous brands & quality, and excellent prices. The 2 gentlemen staff were wonderful, so helpful, friendly & explained everything very clearly. The BEST customer service in town, thank you. The shop sells almost everything to keep work place as safe as possible; helmets, safety glasses, masks, gloves, safety footwear, winter thermal clothing, waterproof coats / jackets / trousers / boots, posters / signs, fire extinguishers, cleaning products, good quality work gears, etc. Price is unbelievably affordable, even cheaper than online shops. Disabled parking available, not a big car park but enough. Still have COVID prevention advice - distance, masks, hand sanitizer & screens at check out, which is nice to see and to protect everyone. Definitely a highly recommended place to shop for work safety equipments.
Always have what I need, popped in today and they reminded me about available discounts & ending up saving money I didnt know I could , customer service is 10/10 regardless of who's serving , great place with great staff.
