   Visited this plumbers merchants as reviews state very knowledgeable staff,but that wasnt what i recived on my visit,not only waited some time to be served and feeling of being ignored while 2 assistants were serving 1 customer only to find when i did get served the assistant could not help me with a simple request for a replacement shower unit said he could not help me but i got the inpression the assistant could not be bothered.I took my custome els where and got exactly what i neededand served by someone who could be bothered.

   I asked to return a shower tray that didn't fit in the bathroom and they asked for £250 because the packaging was removed. A few months later a fault developed with the shower unit which meant I had cold showers. After 5 weeks of waiting for the issue to be resolved I complained that it was taking too long. Pochin staff responded by saying that they were not responsible and told me to organise a repair myself, despite the shower being purchased only 10 months previously. Normally high quality products but customer service is very very poor.
