   Shocking service! The male worker was rough, burnt wvery nail white using tools, hurt me numerous time to which not even a sorry was said. Index finger covered in glue, I asked for some cold water as my thumbs was burning from to much glue applied to which he sprinted them with a solution which didn't help, dragging my hand although I had explained I have a bad wrist to then get charged £89 for 2 sets (mine and friends) of bog standard wonky, sharp French tip with no design at all! AVOID! better places around with better customer service and better prices!

   Absolutely amazing experience today! Saturday 28th September. Nipped in about midday, no queue! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Wanted some Autumn nails! The staff spent a lot of time picking my colours! They were so friendly and helpful xxx I have been going to this salon for five years and they’re always the same - best standard of nails in Newport! Such a friendly team thank you so much. Look forward to seeing you soon! xxxx

   Didn't book in advance and was seen within 15-20 minutes. They did look understaffed so this wasn't an issue to me, just bare in mind you may need to wait especially if you don't book. When I don't get my nails done, the skin around my nails gets very dry so they were like this before I came. Also my nails had started chipping so they needed to be cut down a lot which I was okay with. Please bare this in mind when viewing the photos. The design was pretty much what I wanted, although I did ask if the big flower could be small but they made it big but it looked a little time consuming so I didn't want to complain. I do feel a little more time and care should have been taken especially with my dry skin. My left thumb got scraped so this opened a sore. After I'd left I noticed two of my nails needed filing down, no cuticle oil was offered and there's gel stuck to my finger even though I mentioned it. They tried to tweeze it off but it didn't work. I have been here previously back in 2020 and had really lovely acrylic extensions, but I don't think I'll be returning based on today's experience unfortunately. My usual beauticians couldn't fit me in around my work schedule and short-ish notice.

   i am not happy with my nails i showed them specifically what i wanted and they done something completely different. The back of my nails still have lumps on it and will not come off.

   Always the BEST experience with Kyle’s! Not only do they absolutely do a perfect job, but the quality ultimately shows. There’s never a chip, a crack or problem with my nails. They stay immaculate, strong and in perfect shape. The nail art they do is out of this world! They do a fantastic job of any nail art I ask for. If you see the nails with dripping paint (on ring finger, and heart) they’re mine. And also the black/white marble with the ‘R’ on ring finger. Those set of nails are the same, but with different nail art. That’s what I mean by PERFECT JOB!
