   Im not happy with my nails the customer service was great but my nails where not the design i asked for it looks nothing like the picture the man was VERY ROUGH and not only that my other friend was there getting her nails done too and the man was asking her how old she is and was squeezing her hands before she even got her nails done which made her severely uncomfortable. And on one of her fingers she got a snowflake and she overheard the woman say it looked like a leaf. And my sister went in to see a price and walked out because for just french tips and glitter it was £60 and as she left one of the staff mocked her as she had to take a phone call. Im not happy as my nails where also £55 as they told me it would be 50 and for my friend they said 45 but when they got finished it was £50 i want a refund as im not the only person who has had this issue.

   Very very disappointed I wanted gold nails they’ve give me BLACK because he clearly didn’t put enough chrome on £40 pound for few little shapes on natural! What is this ?my friends nails who went on the same day has the gold I want

   This was my first time and last time going here my nails are lifting upwards as you can see in the photo and the extension tips don’t fit the nails properly Iv never had acrylics look like this!!

   I had my nails done for the first time at this salon and I couldn't be happier with the results! Soung was incredibly gentle and caring during my manicure, making the whole experience so relaxing. Then, the talented Ann worked her magic with the gel colour and completed the experience with a wonderful hand massage. My nails look absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

   Had a pedicure and a fresh set of acrylics and couldn't be happier! The pedicure was so relaxing and the service was outstanding. They fully soaked, exfoliated and moisturised my feet as well as painting my nails beautifully. There's loads of choice for colours, styles and types of polish you're spoilt for choice! I have chronic pain in my legs and feet and the pedicure was so soothing and I'm terrible for picking at my fingers but they were amazing in treating them. A lot of negative reviews on here are about service but I found all the staff to be brilliant, if a little to the point, which I appreciate. Definitely would recommend!

   What can i say my daughter & granddaughter have there nails done here, staff are lovely. A very good choice of designs & colours. You wont be disappointed. Staff are lovely.
