    I pop into Lidl on occasion, a nice selection of items different to other stores. I am reviewing today because of bad customer service. I sent my son in for either a pepper or a bag of frozen peppers yesterday. He couldn’t find them. I’m trying to improve my son’s social skills and interactions outside his circle so I told him to ask for help. He couldn’t find any staff but eventually found one who basically brushed him off saying ‘they’re over there’ then walked off. I asked my son if staff member seemed busy and he said no, obviously just couldn’t be bothered.

    Very clean and well stocked branch of Lidl. A contrast from the surrounding area. Plenty of parking, trolleys and baskets. Quality products and low prices.

    Probably best Lidl in Leicester. Big easy access parking with always spaces. Shop itself clean, stock is well organized and wide alleys make it easy shopping. I wish that one day self checkout was installed.

    I went to Lidl for the First time and found it to be a Large Supermarket, with good Pram and Wheelchair access. My Carer found the aisles to have ample room for a Wheelchair and trolley. There are a good selection of product's arranged with easy access to the Shelves. A Great selection of named Products, as well as their own Products. A pleasurable experience, making the Family Shop a little cheaper. Try it for yourselves.
