We are property investors and redecorate houses and turn them into multiple bedrooms. We attend this store of Howdens first to open an account due to the amount of building material and vast amount of staff we buy but the poor customer service we received is beyond me, if this was my business all of them been laid off. No help at all after asking a few questions but i felt that we not welcome as there was no help at all. We will stick with our current suppliers........ We asking about the doors and the book put into our hands, asking about the kitchens and there was not even a reply or anyway i still don't know if they do kitchens but they have it on display. The one employer went instead for a smoke outside..... No wonder some companies struggle as they have lazy people behind the desk, they have lost a very good customer.. I dont leave reviews as i dont have time for this but this store was very unpleasant...
