I’ve Been having my nails done here since December, first I had acrylics & then had biab, I visit every 3 weeks. Always do a great job!! No complaints. Nice staff.
Undoubtedly the worst nail salon I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. I have biab every 3 weeks but due to a busy work schedule I couldn’t get in with my usual place so thought I would give this place a go. Big mistake. My usual biab experience is that it never chips or peels off and is properly cured meaning they would simply grow out if you let them. 2 days after having “biab” in beauty nails, my first nail chipped and after that the chips just kept coming! My natural nails underneath started to split and break too because whatever they had used on my nails had made them extremely weak. I went into the shop to ask for a refund as I certainly wasn’t going to waste time getting them fixed knowing that the other ones would continue to break and was told no refunds because “if I refunded all my unhappy customers I would have no money” I think that says it all! Horrendous place, extremely rude staff who provide low quality services. £100 down in total as I’ve had to go somewhere else to get these removed and properly re done. My natural nails are also in awful condition and the girl who fixed them for me said beauty nails canton are known for using illegal methods that seriously damage natural nails. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Really bad service. I went in to get acrylic removed from 2 toenails, and the technician clearly didn’t know what she was doing — she filed it down so harshly that I can now see straight through to the skin and flesh. Another colleague had to step in and fix it. The attitude was unprofessional, and overall it felt careless and rushed. I was charged £3, but honestly, the damage wasn’t worth even that. I highly advise avoiding this place. Zero star rating
Had an amazing experience here getting my toes and nails done. They met my expectations and were very kind and customer service was amazing. Harley did my nails and I loved them. Thank you again.
My first nail experience ever! I was able to walk in off the street, and was seen within 10 mins. To be fair, they were very patient with me as I didn't have a clue as to what I wanted...."just pretty Christmasy nails, no extensions" I said. Happy to say that I got what I asked for and at a price that I could afford. Thank you I will definitely be back.
I had my nails done here Friday .. and I love them .. Great service .. very polite and helpful.. The lady technician is very talented in what she does .
Had a bog standard manicure here - varnish applied very poorly. It was all over the skin around my nails too & uneven in colour on the nail itself. The worst bit was when I politely asked if he could put one more coat to even it out, he got very hostile & defensive, would not acknowledge it looked terrible & kept saying it was me that had the issue. I am not a complainer & don’t think I have ever left a poor review online, but I was really shocked by the poor quality of the manicure here & the rude, hostile response. I absolutely wouldn’t give this place your business.
Nails are okay I guess, multiple people did my nails so the work isn’t consistent and I told multiple people multiple times that I wanted them ALOT shorter and was basically ignored. I got them done the day before Christmas and couldn’t even get out of bed Christmas Day as the lady who did part of my nails was extremely ill (you could tell she was ill anyway even if she wasn’t shouting about it) I can still hardly breath or stomach anything very very unprofessional and ruined my Christmas
Would give a 0 Star if I could. Worst nail place I’ve ever been too, my nails were rushed and finished in 15 minutes with all gaps of acrylic missing in my nails, they were so rough with my hands and when I asked them to fill in the corners the attitude they gave me was absolutely disgusting. I had a very short and one colour simple set and they are awful. I will never go back and if you’re thinking about trying their services then don’t
Great staff and service, did the design that I asked for perfectly and super friendly and funny staff :) fast, efficient and affordable, would definitely recommend! Had a lovely time ❤️
