   I’ve been to Bridgend Nails several times for pedicures and always been pleased, so I booked in for my hand nails and it turned out to be the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I regularly have had my nails done but have been loyal to another nail shop. Coming to Bridgend Nails has left me so disappointed. The filing was so rough that I was left bleeding on five fingers, and one has now become infected. When I pointed out the bleeding, I was told it was because I wasn’t clear enough about what I wanted -even though only two of the bleeding fingers were ones that needed correcting after the colour came out completely wrong. The man who did my nails seemed frustrated throughout, which made the experience uncomfortable on top of everything else. I was told there were no lighter shades available for the pink, despite my friend next to me receiving a lighter pink. I ended up settling for clear as a compromise, and the final result doesn’t look good. The woman on the front desk was absolutely lovely, very welcoming, and even offered tea , which I appreciated- but it doesn’t make up for the overall service I received. My fingers are still red, sore and tender five days later, and this is absolutely unacceptable for a £47 treatment.

   Had a manicure and gel done yesterday. The young lady was very polite and made you comfy. She was very methodical throughout the session and the atmosphere in the salon was pleasant and busy. Would certainly go back.

   I've been here a few times now and I've been fairly happy. But I went 2 days ago for a pedicure, infills and eyebrows which cost me £83. Please see pics of my feet on holiday in Spain 2 days later.... I'm happy with the other services.

   Called in the 2nd week of January to refresh my christmassy nails, but was asked to come back as I called in on the off chance and they were exceptionally busy. Fair enough, returned mid week and was seen to immediately. Love my nails and great service again. Xx

   Had acrylic nails with black and silver nail polish and got charged 45 pounds I'm in shook still the lady said it when I asked why was it so much and she said that the black was 5 pound and the thin line of silver was also 5 pounds will never go back after this

   Luck of creativity. If you have your natural nails, you may walk out with just boring french maniciure. I spent there about 1.5h on a busy afternoon and didn't see a single person disinfecting they station.

   I usually do my own gel toes but since I'm nearly 9 months pregnant and can't reach, I decided a treat is needed! Never been before but these guys were so friendly and accommodating. Will defo be revisiting and treating myself to the luxury pedicure more often! ☺️
