We did this as a team of 4, the theme was great fun and although we needed some clues it was thoroughly enjoyable. The member of staff was a very good host too.

Very disappointing experience. The staff member in charge of our room was abrupt and rude. We complained to the manager, who watched the video, and agreed he was too abrupt but that was as far as the apology went. Very frustrating when we’d paid nearly £100 for what should have been a fun experience. On a side note I would also say this was not a suitable experience for children. We had contacted the owner who had recommended the room we did (Haligonian) for the 2 children and 3 adults but it was too hard for them and neither of them enjoyed it.
This is my family’s favourite escape room company in West Yorkshire. We’ve done two rooms here now and they’ve both been fantastic. The staff are fun and helpful, the rooms are intricate and challenging but very fun and accessible, not frustratingly hard. We did the special Christmas room with Angela and loved that this Christmas! The thoughtful little stickers on the certificates at the end were a nice touch!

Had a brilliant time doing the escape room. Highly recommend it. A great team challenge for our family. Such a laugh and we can't stop talking about it. Great experience
My wife and I had a great time here. We did the 1920’s room which was themed really well and the puzzles were difficult, but good fun!! The lady who welcomed us and explained the game to us was really friendly and gave us some really helpful tips when we were struggling! I would definitely recommend.
