   I really wanted to leave a fantastic review but customer service has left us very disappointed. Only saving grace is the quality of the product. We order flexa bunk beds in February after visiting the store. We talked in length to Chris and settled on the best option for us (double the price we initially intended to pay, but settled due to flexibility of the beds) Estimated delivery of 8-12 weeks turned out to be 17 weeks. We chased Chris on many occasions during this time and he was unable to give us an idea of delivery date. After spending so much money it would have been helpful to have regular updates and contact and we felt our order had been forgotten about. When our beds finally arrived, delivery was booked in. My husband contacted them the day before delivery to confirm everything and was told the mattresses ordered were not available so they were sending different ones!! Due to decorating the kids bedroom and expecting the new beds my children had been sleeping on old mattresses on the floor for 2 months already we could not wait any longer, so had to accept this, not knowing what mattresses they would get. 1 month on from delivery and we are still waiting for a refund for the difference in mattress price. Everytime we contact them we are fobbed off with excuses of short staffing, being out on the road, it's on a pile of things for Sarah to do, Chris hasn't told us the price difference to refund etc. We chose Rainbow wood due to good reviews and that it is family run, however it seems that they have let customer service slide. They dont seem to care anymore and fob you off with excuses. Im sad to say we would not recommend and would not return due to this.

   Bought the Fireman Engine bed for my son’s birthday and cannot begin to thank everyone at Rainbow Wood for getting here as promised. It’s a quality build and definitely worth the money. Fantastic customer service with a message from Geoff on the day of delivery to put my mind at rest. Would highly recommend!!

   Excellent service, order placed call from them to confirm order. Advised ideally wanted delivery for sons birthday in two weeks, lead time was 4 weeks they said they'd try. Delivery was three days after sons birthday. Called to confirm, text from driver on the day. We had to make alternative delivery details they were more than happy to accommodate.Excellent customer service, bed very good quality.

   Ordered a Scallywag Captains Bed and had the options for door colours fulfilled. After ordering I was impressed with the seller communication, regarding order confirmation and delivery dates. Arrived within estimated delivery dates and well packaged. Polite and friendly delivery driver. Easy to assemble (single person, just over an hour) and looks good / good quality for the price.

   Ordered an assortment of little wooden train tracks and accessories which my little nephew adores. The pricing at Rainbow Wood was excellent - some of the least expensive around - and the range of what was available to order was incredible, way more choice than any other sites I tried (I tried quite a lot - the big giant retailers as well as the smaller ones!). Arrived fairly quickly, undamaged in transit. Really happy with my bargain haul which will keep my nephew entertained for months!
