We've been helped by multiple different staff members and they've been so helpful in acquiring everything we need for our dog.
Me and my daughter visited this branch twice this week and, on both occasions, we felt completely ignored. Not once were we offered any assistance. Today, we were clearly struggling to decide what to buy for our new pet, yet neither of the two staff members approached us to help — even though they were happy to assist another customer. It’s disappointing, especially since this is our local store and we’ll need to come here regularly. It’s a shame that our experience so far has been so unwelcoming.

Nice store (VERY overpriced) but their hay choice for small animals is basically a waste of time. A wall of cheap Timothy hay is not a hay selection. I don't think the person ordering stock understands animal needs
I had visited this store with my partner and our lovely pooch COLIN on the 22/09/24 We just loved this store .Duygu was lovely and helped us in shopping the right stuff we had been looking for , making us feel very comfortable . I would be definitely visiting this store whenever I visit London next.
I only recently discovered this place but ever since I have, I’ve made it a regular stop in my evening journey. It’s very big and offers a wide selection of cat treats and catnip toys. The staff are very friendly and constantly ask if you need any help, which is always nice, and there’s lots of other things like cat litter, cat beds and scratching posts. Definitely an improvement from the prior corner shop that existed in the space and I would recommend to anyone with any pet.
Just discovered Pets Corner recently, and my pup and I love it! Their selection of raw food and snacks is broader than most mainstream pet shops which is great if you have your dog on a raw diet. Most brands stocked at the store (if not all) are local, making their carbon footprint really low. The quality of the products is great, with a high meat/veg content, not to mention that anything edible has gone down an absolute treat. The staff are always super helpful and are on hand to help (and to give chin scratches and treats!). The store is really clean and organised and generally well stocked, and it’s my new regular go-to for all my pet needs.
My favourite and biggest pet store in my neighbourhood. Customer service is always excellent ! Very good variety of good quality pet food (I shop for my cat), accessories, litter, treats and general health items. Although the shop is filled with many many items, it's comfortable to walk around and I always stay longer than needed because I always find something interesting or simply want to treat my pet. It's genuinely a very nice experience walking within it and taking my sweet time to choose.
This is a lovely store that offers high quality dog and cat food you cannot find anywhere else! I'm so happy to have found this store as many of the brands of food they have, I used to be able to only find online. The store is very well organised. The staff are very nice and helpful! Best pet store I have found. Me and my cat are very happy :)
love this store!! the shop have super healthy food and treat options as well as a wide range of toys and more! i recently switched my cat to a new dry food at this store which is way more healthy and nutritious compared to her old dry food and she has LOVED IT! the store displays the nutritional information, meat quality and content and more which helps you make your choice. will visit regularly!
