   Can’t get through on the phone, recorded message gives totally incorrect opening hours, and once you’ve been on hold for so long trying to get through, the line just cuts you off. Shoddy service.

   still not open to the public. they failed to ring me back FIVE TIMES during an eviction defence case, and it's always a steuggle to get through to anyone. When you eventually do get though, you're met with an uncaring and rude staff, who ultimately don't so what they say they will do, leaving you lost and adrift. They used to be great. now they're terrible.
