So what can I say, despite months of e mails to concrete lab asking to return the £800 purchase (which they say you can) as I could not get anyone to lay it they have failed to respond to any e mails or return calls. Now left with a load of stuff which is of no use to me. Terrible customer service. £800 out of pocket and the builder has left!!
Fantastic customer service from the team at Concrete Lab. UPS dropped the ball and my delivery ended up in one of those courier black holes. The Concrete Lab team stepped up and arranged for another delivery to be despatched the same day. Can't rate highly enough.
Take your money and then nothing will nto answer the phone or emails or reply to messages I'm not even sure the are a real company at this point
