Regularly stop here with my lil 4 legged boy. Theyve got a good selection of food and treats for all your furry friends. We usually stop for rabbit ears, pizzle and the odd yak chew. The staff are friendly and recently gave me some poop bags as I had forgotten mine - of course I returned as a customer.er the very next day.
Great customer service and their Royal Canin specialist cat biscuits are cheaper than the big pet chain stores. 2 good reasons to support our local pet shop.

This is a great place! The owners are very friendly and helpful. I wanted a grooming mitt for my cat who doesn't like being brushed. They only had a pack with the grooming mitt but with a brush and a comb as well which l didn't want but the owner kindly split the pack and sold me just the mitt. I definitely recommend them!
What fantastic service. I went into the shop by chance on my way back from a project. I bought some very good quality parrot mix which I cannot purchase locally. I rang to ask if there was any possibility of sending a delivery to me me by courier, as the cost would still be cheaper than me travelling from Kent, and they have gone out of their way to help, when they could easily have said it would not be possible. A small cozy pet store with plenty of products on hand to choose from. If the product that you desire is not available, Thomas is more than happy to order it for you and it should arrive in due time. He is very knowledgeable of animal behaviour and is keen to help out with any problems or issues that you may have.
