Store is a Hermes parcel shop. Owners argued with me that 'packageless returns' didn't exist (despite Hermes website saying this store offered it) and they tried to sell me packaging and tape that I didn't need. They said nowhere offered this service. I drove half a mile down the road to the next nearest store and there was no problem at all in returning my product.
