Excellent and well respected owners that treat customers individually and are honest and extremely helpful to all that come to shop or use the post office services.
Helpful and prices are the same as everywhere else, post office open same hours as shop.. overall a great local store.
i went to post parcel and after completing all the details and got told that card machine not working i have to pay them cash which i haven’t got any that time then i got told i can pay with their other card machine same time but they will charge one pound extra or i have to go cash machine somewhere there wasn’t any cash machine near and i was posting same day service and they told me i only got 15 mints left for that service if i go out and get cash it’s gonna be over it can’t get posted same day left me no choice but to pay that point and charged me extra pound i felt like i got scammed or they took advantage of my situation
Worst run post office. Never answer the phone to help with wasted journeys. If your delivery says they will drop you will not see your parcel for days.
Always friendly and helpful and open till late, so very convenient when working late. Great post office service. 5* Side note: As for people complaining about it not being open. Anybody can change/suggest opening times on Google and similar search engines, so not very fair to give 1 star or similar because Google displayed the wrong opening hours, especially during Covid times.
Went at 9.30 today to post a parcel not open (supposed to open at 9). Anything beyond basic requests causes utter confusion so I often end up going to a post office further away.
Went to post parcel other day , still not open at 10am in morning ?? Who wants to stand in off licence sorting out money things ?? Wasn't one of post office best decision
5 star service, specially the post office addition plus the booze on great prices. Enjoying Bud bought from them this evening lol . Great service from Sabi and Gagan. Highly recommended :)
