Needed a new toilet seat, so took old one in plastic bag to LBS in Barry. Didn't even say anything or take it out of the back and was told exactly what we needed without even seeing it properly. Exactly the correct one that we needed. Excellent service, and 2 lovely gentleman behind the desk. Well done LBS.
Really good, not sure they do brand names as couldn't get Dulux paint here but really, really helpful. Good prices and the plumbing section were admirable with their advice and cheap prices. Can heartily recommend.
We are so pleased that we purchased our new kitchen from LBS Barry. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful, especially Theo and David. We cannot thank Theo enough, nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted with the kitchen that he designed for us. He made sure everything was perfect. Excellent service. The bottom of the estate isn't LBS property. When all your bonehead employees are waiting outside on double yellows. For work. Maybe you should arrange a different time or simple let them in? Between you and the vets above, never seen stupidity in close abundance.
Bought a new bathroom from the LBS Barry store. Very helpful staff and everything delivered on time. After fitting we noticed a small flaw on a cabinet door. This is where they excelled, a replacement was arranged and delivered a couple of days later. Excellent customer service.
