   One star is two stars too much Arrived at the store after going to the bedwas branch which didn't have what i wanted so they said try pontypridd told me to get off the wrong junction another bad point for Bedwas branch. Only to be told they dont have the items in stock but I was sent here by Bedwas branch. So he phoned Bedwas which they said they told me ponty had a more expensive item I said no im not paying more .so I can't buy the items till friday as the cut off time.if they had told me that in Bedwas stores could have got them next day but they opted to try sell me more expensive items than help. So complete run around and waste of my fuel an time . In the end got the items off screwfix next door. Stick with screw fix £2.40 cheaper as well . ............................. No i dont need any help I got screwfix for that . Another click and paste reply so no help off you and if I still need support you failed to support me when I wanted to buy off you I just got the run around so I won't be supporting your business as I found a more reliable supplier screwfix more stock cheaper as for customer service sorry can't help .. sorry can't help .. sorry can't help mmmm not much customer service there as they had NO stock at all to offer me unlike screwfix . The sales staff there had 4 diffrent items to show me different sizes an thickness. He went off and got them too show me . So ☆☆☆☆☆for screwfix .

   Plenty of parking usually much quicker service than Screwfix nearby... friendly staff as always. Bought a couple of simple domestic light switches I think they were £1.19 each excellent price.

   I love this place. The prices are superb, the stock is there or next day if not on the shelf. But the thing I like the most is the Service Level. I generally have an idea of what I need and why, I am not a tradesman so am not familiar with the right terminology. However if you need to know something ask for Jules, she has helped me so much with my lack of knowledge and she has not steered me wrong. I am always impressed when someone can share their knowledge with me. Thank you Toolstation Pontypridd & a massive thanks to Jules for helping me to get the right items everytime.

   Brilliant place. Lots of good prices. Staff aren't too bad. Sometimes it can be hard to smile every day to customers, especially the ones who go in here without a clue. The staff are friendly with them and give them there time of day.
