   Two really bad customer service issues at this branch. Went in to pick up a few things one planned item was a broom so I enquired at the counter and said could I just have a look. Seing that it was over priced and not good quality I refuse it. So I collected and paid for the other items and left the store to find the counter person had in fact booked and charged me for the broom. On returning to the counter I was told that the £24 just taken from my bank account fir a cheap and nasty broom I did not want would take up to 5 days to be refunded! So an idiot that was asked not to book it out did it anyway and I had to wait 5 days for a refund. The next issue was over an order placed online. Part for collection and part by direct delivery. For some reason only know to Toolstation they delivered my gear to an address 5 mile away. After days of trying to chase the order I attended to store to be told by the So Called Manager my gear had been delivered to my address, St Mary’s Street even though I live 5 miles away and have nothing to do with that address. He insisted that the computer said my address was St Mary’s even though it could be clearly seen on the screen that it did not say that and gave my correct address. He refused to do anything and actually said if you want it go and get it. Nearly £400 of my gear lost and I was basically told to go away but not so politely. Not exactly the type of service you would expect but the type of service the manager and his gang dish out. My strong advise is go over the road to SF or round the corner to SO but don’t buy from these clowns. Pay your money and chase your order but you won’t get it. Boarder line criminal behaviour.

   Very easy in& out great prices. It's slightly cheaper than Screwfix, I find. But no near the range of options.

   very well organised with the online app, just wished cyclist could park safely at stores, we don't all have vans! Another cyclist arrived when I was at the store they had to bring their bike into the store as there are no safe place to lock cycle.
