I understand new people need to be trained but they need a bit of support not just be dropped in the deep end. Waited for a long time in the queue till shop assistant managed to scan my shopping

This is a shout out to Tina and Sharon on the click and collect desk at Rugby! Thank you so much for always being so helpful! This dept appears to be the toughest and most demanding?? These ladies have so much patience I donβt know how they do it!? Thank you! you both do a fantastic job! Debbie Evans

If your thing is leaving a store without half the things on your shopping list, then Asda Rugby is for you. Empty shelves a go-go. If your chosen item forms any part of a promotion forget it - won't be in stock until a week afterwards and will be at least 10% more than elsewhere.

As someone who has shopped here regularly for years now, I would make a few observations: - The quality of the experience is often dependent on how busy it is. I suppose this is usually case, but particularly for someone such as myself who has sensory overload. - They don't seem to employ a basket supervisor. Many of the baskets are dirty, some starting to break in parts. Occasionally there aren't any baskets at the front and you have to go around the tills searching for one. - More than any other supermarket I've been in, there are stray items. For example, you might find a block of cheese in the frozen section or a bag of frozen chips in the chilled section. - Some time ago they moved the alcohol aisle away from the back of the store and replaced it with the frozen section. I don't think this was a good move in terms of the priorities of shoppers etc. It's convenient enough for me given that it's about a ten minute walk from my house, but all supermarkets have their faults.

This isn't the first time I have seen her speak to people in this way, and now it was my turn today!!! I had an appalling experience with a staff member named Imogen, who challenged me for ID in the rudest manner possible. There is a way to ask for identification professionally, but she clearly lacks basic customer service skills. Her attitude was unnecessarily aggressive, and her tone was completely unacceptable. Mind you I was with my elderly mother. I was scanning the items for her, and helping as she isn't technical β¦ also the self checkout was quicker. Itβs one thing to follow store policy, but itβs another to treat customers with disrespect. If this is the level of service this place finds acceptable, I have no confidence in their customer care. I have already reported this, but will anything actually be done? Most probably not. Theyβll likely say theyβll βlook into it,β but I wonβt hold my breath. Absolutely unacceptable.

Place can get a bit crowded but the staff are very nice and there is an impressive range of products. Recently I was browsing the alcohol aisles and was looking for a particular bottle of whiskey. I asked a staff member and he pointed me towards another bottle of whiskey that I didn't know Asda sold. It was very nice.

I purchased some Xmas vouchers and a phone charging cable. I needed assistance to scan the vouchers, however, as I left the self checkouts, the alarm went off. As I was stopped at the chechout, I opened my bag to show what I had purchased along with the receipt. The cashier then went to pull the zip of my bag further in attempt to look in my bag. When I asked what she's doing she just fumbled. Not sure if this was racial profiling but completely unnecessary.

Just had a delivery, go to put it all away and they've packed bleach in with food. All the food is packed on top of the bottle of bleach thats laying down and the bleach has leaked over everything! All of it has had to be thrown. Rang customer services and they put the phone down on me! Surely if they're working with food, even if its only packing food for deliveries, they should be given food safety and hygiene training. Even without that training you should know to not pack cleaning chemicals in with food! Could end up poisoning someone.

Click and collect here is a joke. Absolutely no signs at all. You have to go to the petrol station and your just supposed to know? Then you have to tell them of your not happy with subs, there's no designated space you just park in a fueling bay

Poor signage, rude staff, slow service and over-priced. Used to be great but now staff has changed, very poor. For example: porridge and syrup (from a pot) Β£2.75, 50p on shop floor. I ordered panini and chips, I literally got 10 chips
