   Friendly staff, went the extra mile to get the items I wanted and to check them first before I purchased. Store was very busy when I arrived but the 2 guys there was fast and they were working together like pice of cake sorry I couldn't remember the name but I heard the other one calling for Jeuses. Very funny guys

   Ordered a fast track order which they advertise as being from 30 minutes and guaranteed within 2 hours. After 5 hours of the store being open I didn't receive the items, a day later and I'm still waiting. They don't answer the phones so I have no way of contacting them. The order says it's on the way on the app with no tracking info so I can't see if it is on its way or not.

   Friendly staff, went the extra mile to get the items I wanted and to check them first before I purchased. No issue returning my online order I had ordered in error. Parking very limited and had an argument with some fool outside who had blocked my van in. No fault of the stores.

   Excellent fast service from the guys down on Ipswich Road, very friendly and full of great advice. Nice easy store to get too, i have been here twice and both times they have had my items in stock which was great and convenient. Much better than screwfix!
