Awful entrance no sign telling you turning off parking awful can't see traffic coming in once parked not much turning area only good point was boys asking what you needed as got out of the van
Went there for some insulation boards for a conservatory ceiling friendly staff and helped load them on the van ,quick and easy transaction.

I have been using TP for a long time, and in my experience they are excellent, the staffs knowledge base is very good, the prices are competitive and they are very helpful, don't go anywhere else now unless I really have to.
Nothing but praise for the staff at the Caerphilly branch of Travis Perkins. Very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. As a fairly novice DIYer embarking on laying a new patio, these places can tend to be quite intimidating. Not at TP. Also very responsive to additional top up orders of sand and stone dust...thanks for all your help.
Absolute Diabolical, Ordered a Disc Cutter from Caerphilly TP and Collected it Myself from Keyline in Trefforest which I paid by my debit card up front before collection, They only Matched standard Price so not fantastic Deal. Caerphilly Branch TP Charged me twice for the same item debited my Card which caused me a load of unnessessary interest Charges, All I had was an apology which is pathetic!!! What I need is my Debit Card refunded and not an Apology, Disgusting Service. Still waiting for my refund of £594 pounds. If I could give less than 1 star rating I would
