Very helpful and knowledgeable on all kinds of fixings. If what you want’s got a thread, they’ve got is. Unlike Screwfix where you have to buy a huge box full, you can buy just 1 or 2 and pay proportionately less. They seem to do pretty good deals on power tools too. Worth a look.
I ordered tools boxes. Those should include tote trays as was described on website. There were no trays with boxes I received.
Made an order on 29.05.2024. After a week no sign of anything. Called them, answer was 3 of the items expected until end of the week(end of 2.week) maybe. Asked them to cancel order, was explained that we are on same boat, that they working on website to keep truck on staff for immediate delivery and not in stock items .After 30 min didn’t see cancellation email and called them back. Was told that not cancelled will cancel it now. Again no confirmation e-mail. Called them 3.time and was told they use old sistem and they don’t send cancellation confirmations. I asked for one and was sent. There was no communication at all, I ordered something, I paid and I have no idea when I should receive items. This was not the first time, and I believe will be last if they don’t change something. If someone orders something, reason for the order is because it’s needed, not because I’m bored and decided to order randomly. They have good parts too, some of the items are good priced, but if I have to wait guessing 2,3 weeks maybe, what is the point of good prices?
I've been looking for drywall screw gun and I found N&b on Google shopping. They had best price for model I was looking for so I bought it. Then I realised I bought wrong model and placed order for the correct model. I contacted customer support ant they been absolutely amazing and very helpful with every single question I had. They had promotion free festool battery for purchasing eligible power tool so I saved around £200 compared to a Toolstation and I even get free battery worth of over £100 for free with my purchase. I recieved my order next day and I'm very happy I choose this store. I will recommend them to everyone I know and definitely buy more tools from them. Thank you N&b team for your help

Thank you for going over and beyond for making up for DX Delivery bad service. Waited in all day Monday tried tracking my order but was showing expected delivery Monday.; so phone DX late afternoon to make sure it was being delivered to eventually being told it had been damaged and to phone N&B to inform them. I asked why they had not notified them and why I had not be informed. It was bad enough wasting a day but to think that if I had not phoned them I may have wasted another day. When I phoned N&B to inform them of the conversation I had with DX and that I had ordered with them originally so I would have the order by Tuesday. They did no more and stated they would send it out straight away with a different carrier. Amazingly the item arrived the next day before 9.30 am and in one piece via FedEx. I hope in future N&B think about what carrier they are using. I understand goods can get damaged in transit but the carrier should have taken responsibility and sort it out with N&B not the me the customer. I will definitely be using N&B in future as I can only speak highly on the service I have received.
