This is a great pet shop run by a lovely family who are very experienced in helping people look after their pets. They also deliver locally which is absolutely brilliant. They go the extra mile to help which is much appreciated, such as tonight when I'd bought the wrong cat food and they kindly redelivered what we needed. Really unusual to get service like that these days - do consider supporting this great local, family business instead of the big chain stores.

Old school local pet store, selling many things unavailable in the megashops. Small, cramped and full of essentials and desirables. But the real bonus is the customer service. Very helpful, prepared to give you time and attention and simply very nice people.
Quite disappointed upon my first visit after watching there brilliant enticing ad on youtube. The store was very over crowded and cluttered with products and was difficult to manoeuvre around the store however not much variety for cats. There were no live animals just really dirty cages and tanks that had been left. I asked why this was and was told the pandemic effected the store. I dont see this as an excuse to not clean and de clutter. If they made more room in the store maybe people could maintain a possible safe distance. Dingy and dirty i wish them well but i wont be revisiting
I visited this pet store yesterday after I ran into some trouble with my aquatic snails. They were so lovely, gave me so much detailed information. Even printed, colour coded instructions that they had written personally to help with tank treatments. I was blown away by their kindness. I'll never use another pet store. Ever.
The best pet shop I ever visit. The staff very friendly and understanding,patient towards my son's (one have autism). They were very understanding and cooperative after we discovered 3/4 of our family was allergic to the pet we bought, they took her back.l was so happy as I didn't want to give her away to anyone just to get rid of , now she have a chance of finding a good home.THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS.
