   Easy to order but not available till next day? Had to wait for email collection notice, which didn't come. Drove over to either collect or cancel but it was there! Email came while I was over there. Product is superb!

   Terrible service from the lady behind the counter! No interest in work at all. I physically took the size screw I required and requested same one. Her reply “ How am i meant to know which size and depth” to which i replied “ This is why you work here, you should know”! Please train them customer service skills. Went next door screwfix and gentleman brung the size and made sure it was the right one.

   I visited your store in Coed Cae industrial estate, and I asked for my 1st item. You told me you did sell it. I was able to show him on my phone the item on the Internet. I asked about another 2 items and again he told me you didn't sell either of them. I took his word for it. But checking your catalogue on my way home on the ( By Bus). I found both items again. I don't think the male counter assistant was interested in us OAP's who had come on bus and walked in the rain for 15 minutes. I am going to order on line from now on and pick up from Bridgend store.

   Wow, one guy on desk obviously doesnt want to be there and every customer is an inconvenience and annoying, real bad attitude, I've had this guy before and same then, didntveven finish my queries I just said font worry I will go next door to screwfix,,,, job sorted. 15 00 11/10/22
