   Fantastic corner shop selling all things that you would expect to find in a corner shop. Very cold beers, ciders and wines at the back of the shop. The people running the shop are polite and courteous.

   Older man serving on mobile the whole time, very rude. Far more expensive than it used to be. The last owner was great, loved going in there, used it daily. Won't be going in there again. Such a shame.

   This is supposed to be a hub for Yodel and Amazon parcels. Today I was told by a very rude woman that they "only take parcels at 8.00am". Total waste of time. Unnecessarily rude.

   If I could give 0 stars I would, the customer service in this shop is absolutely disgusting, literally got shouted at this morning for trying to drop a parcel off. I’ll never use this place again

   The woman cashier creates a dark cloud of doom in this shop. She will not take parcels even though it’s the only yodel drop off in the area. Such a mean old lady, no idea what her problem is but she loves a good scowl and staring daggers at her loyal customers. No idea why she even has customers, surely they’ve lost them all with that spiky attitude?

   Sorry to say , but yodel drop off today ( Thursday ) was a horrid experience. One small parcel. The shop was quiet. Parcel was scanned without even speaking or looking at me. When the receipt was printed out it was literally thrown at me! I was pretty shocked. But was about to walk away and turned around , and said some good manners would be nice! Good manners,! She huffed and went back to her tablet. It's such a shame! Has she got anger issues...should she be working here? It really isn't good for the shop. I might get in touch with Yodel, as it's not good for them either sorry to have to do this. I would I know everyone has bad days but it was beyond.

   Poor service. I live local and was dropping off my yodel parcels to this store. It is a drop off point for this company. Went yesterday to be told there was no room and couldn't accept them (even though they were only small) come back tomorrow. Went back today and the shop keeper was so rude and had so much attitude. I asked if the parcels had the right labels on? (I had 3) As things can get mixed up. She rudely replied well if you don't trust the shop keeper don't come here! I was lost for words and walked out of the shop without saying a word. I won't be entering this shop again. To buy anything or drop off/collect parcels. Never experienced such bad customer service! Totally agree with other reviews on here the man in there is lovely.

   been her twice now to drop off a Yodel parcel, first on weekend & the lady said they don’t accept on weekends. So I went back on Monday & she waited for 5 mins saw I had parcels & then said ‘oh the machine is broken today’. Seems like she picks & chooses & can’t be bothered to do it. She’s also very rude & doesn’t smile or say hello. The man who works in here however is lovely, it’s a shame. She will put people off coming into the store.
