I went to the shop and bought some sweets for my little niece and when i got back i had realised that the packet had been taped closed at the top but there was a split down the back of the packet so the sweets were open. I went back and showed the shop assistant and he refused to refund or exchange even though when i went in he was in the middle of taping up other opened items. Not a professional shop and will not be going there again.
