   I love Waitrose for their helpful staff and quality of food on offer. However, they need to sort out the poor quality of their in-store wifi and also give Customer Service colleagues the ability to 'see' offers and assist, if they really want their customers to benefit from their weekly offers? Having selected/uploaded 'my offers' at home, I then found I couldn't access them, in store, even scanning my key fob 'card' didn't work and so, I came away without any of 'my offers'. Such a shame, as they looked good! Sadly, I had the same experience at their Portishead branch too ... please do this better!

   Good supermarket. Staff both friendly and helpful. Well stocked, though I don't greatly rate the fresh fruit and veg. Also gents' WC often has a plumbing problem, and is very long overdue a repaint. They make a first class cup of tea in the café.

   My experience today was well below par. I went to self checkout with alcohol. I noticed the lady on the cigarettes/vaping counter on her mobile phone (texting?) which is why I went to self checkout. She had no customers waiting. My item required validation of my age.... I waited almost one whole minute before she came to verify my purchase. During this time she was still (texting?) on her phone. I expect better customer service from Waitrose.

   Vegetables, fruits and other products lost in quality. Essential Butter doesn’t smell of butter, smelled of plant based spread.( didn’t mention it on ingredients label) Unpleasant toilets, needs refurbishment and maintenance. I’m dissatisfied.
