   Ordered online a couple of days ago because the arrival date was quite quick. Placed order and it was processed immediately with £578 being taken out of the account. I recieved a telephone call today, having requested a delivery date to be told that they do not deliver to our part Wales. The lady tried to be helpful and offered a delivery if I could wait 4 weeks. This was not possible. Nowhere on the website when ordering or during the process can I find anything that states that the delivery is within a 15 mile radius. I am annoyed that the company was able to obtain almost £600 out of my account with no recourse for me to get an immediate refund ( it will probably not get back into my account for 5-7 days. As I say, the lady who rang me was very nice and tried to help but it doesn't change the fact that the company were able to get the money even though they have a 15 mile radius for delivery and therefore should not have accepted the order. I appreciate the fact Peter took the time to reply. I have no doubt that it was a genuine mistake. I'm glad that the website error is being rectified. Shame we don't live within a 15 mile radius because you seem like a good company to deal with. Thank you

   Bought a rise/recline group from here. Rang them a few days later and swapped the 3 seater to a two. Had the suite delivered in about 3 to 4 weeks. Following week I had a envelope brought to my door by the delivery guy from f/c refunding £100. Further more i mentioned a slight flaw with one of the chair's which was replaced within 2 week's. Cant fault them. Highly recommended.
