The shop itself is very good and has a lot of different items you need and having a post office there is pretty nice aswell however there definately is a lack of staff
There is disabled parking outside, but the layout could be better for disabled people. The post office at the back is OK, but when asked when I could expect first class post to be delivered, the cashier shrugged. This is a scheme to sell more expensive delivery options. The store has a confusing exit, that is fiddly to navigate on foot & I don't want to try on my mobility scooter. The staff are friendly, but the environment they work in does not encourage good interaction with customers. I only use this store for occasional bits & the parcel counter for these reasons.
Wost CO OP I have ever been to if you are neurodivergent or Autistic this is definitely a place to avoid as the noise is absolutely ridiculous at this CO OP. The amount of noise that was happening in the shop was a unprecedented amount and unnecessary. The noise of the vacuum and the constant banging from the isles was so overwhelming. This is a place I will not be returning to as its not neurodivergent friendly and Autism friendly. So this CO OP is one to avoid.
If App ordering or barging hunting this is a very good place to shop. Become a member on the App (£1) and get extra discounts.
A year later and the lack of staff that help customers on the self checkouts is terrible. 3 staff stacking shelves (one of them was the manager). When asked if it was more important to stack shelves the reply was "yes"! Shocking customer service from this shop!
Hello. Now I had an incident with an employee of the CO-OP store in Worle, Weston super Mare. I picked up a box of Ariel pods from behind the store with 4 pounds and another box in front of the cash registers with 3.50 pounds. The employee dared to take the merchandise out of her husband's shopping cart and pulled out of the basket. Initially she recognized the prices at her colleague at the cash register, then went to the back of the store and eliminated all the prices. I recorded the video that another colleague intervened.
Great to have such a useful shop and post office just 5 minutes walk from your door.
Food everything else is good as it should be in a supermarket however I brought tobacco the other day and it was fake brand so would advise not to buy it from here
Used the post office. Easy enough process and hassle free, however not well sign posted in store. Had to ask a member of coop staff where it was as first time at the store.
Staff are always friendly, great selection of groceries. Always has what I need. Post Office staff are a bit grumpy, but that's the Post Office for you.
