My parcel went missing from this shop three days ago. Evri confirmed it was delivered here, but when I went to collect it, it was not there. Their system showed that it had already been collected, but I had not received it. Very disappointing experience
most their food is moldy, they serve things that requires id to minors without asking for id , they over charge you and add extra onto your bill, me personally have spoke up to the shop keeper and he soon took the extra charge off , premier is better
I checked if the food was expired just to find out it infact was when i gave it to them they told me they would fix it. My curiousity made me check other items.they wefre expired too! They keept putting it back on the shef and told me to stop checking if it was expired. I recomend you go to best one its very close
Me and my friend went inside this extremely unhygienic, grim, dirty, moldy, dim, and smelly store and we were to our surprise greeted by the rudest, insensitive manager we had ever seen. We were in the store hoping to seek a safe place to hide from someone who had been harassing us. He came, yelled at us and told us to leave the store, not letting us explain our story. He was banging a news paper against his hip which came across very intimidating. We had the worst experience we had at any off license store. I hope that this manager can buck up his ideas and learn some people skills if he is going to run an off license store. Also the items there are extremely ovepriced and off brand. The hygiene department also really needs to check this place out
It's dirty, untidy and smells horrible. You have to watch your change, as they often try to short change you! They often talk in a foreign language in front of you, while you are waiting to be served....your patience is strongly stretched to its limit, as they take their time with their conversation before serving you...which I find very ignorant! The only reason I've given two stars is because they have a fairly good range in convenience stuff. If it wasn't my local shop, I really wouldn't shop there!

This is the Best local corner shop in hilltop. you always get brilliant service and great quality food and drinks at great value too
One of them off licenses where they sell a bit of everything with a range of good wines and spirts without over the top priced the store keeper is very friendly difficult to park you have to park around the corner on the side road due to the store being tight on the corner of the main road
