   The shop was good & we selected a number of products to buy. We went to the till & the assistant added it up , never asked how we were paying & shoved a card machine towards us & said there before turning to chat with colleagues I was paying part by gift card & had to say to her , would you like to pay attention . Ever after she took the voucher she was still taking & ignoring us I appologise to being a burden to dunelm & in future wil try not to interrupt your rude & unprofessional staff by avoiding your stores like the plague The worst service i have ever had in a shop

   Fabulous store with lots of lovely bedding, household items, bric a brac etc.. as well as a lovely cafe. Free parking. Click and collect also available online. I would recommend.

   I went into dunelm today and found a living room rug we wanted to purchase. I couldn't find rolled up, so I walked around the shop for 5 minutes looking for a member off staff. I informed her we would like the rug but can't find it rolled, she clearly wasn't interested, looked away from me like I was an inconvenience and replied with i don't know anything about rugs. I replied with not to worry, ill buy from somewhere that can sell a rug to me, thank you. She looked happy that I decided to go elsewhere. My husband said I should have asked for the manager, after 5 minutes of finding a member of staff who clearly didn't care. I wasn't fussed either.

   Purchased a wool duvet (All season) for £65 and wool pillows @ £35 each. We have never slept so well. We have different body temperatures so constantly kicking covers off and pulling back on. We had read the reviews and all very accurate. The duvet is very light and thin but amazingly warm and keeps you really comfortable without overheating. The pillows are soft and supportve and the wife adapted immediately and says the best pillow she's ever slept on and we've tried dozens including her last one which was a water pillow. We now don't want to get out of bed as we are so comfortable. Outstanding products.

   Went to the cafe. Cake and drinks were lovely. Also had jacket potato with Tuna and cheese.. The Tuna wasn't that tasty and I struggled to eat it all because of that.. Maybe too much mayo? Not quite sure.. But great value for money

   Has quite a good selection of haberdashery. Good competitive prices. Bedding sets, Curtains, Quilts. Some flat pack furniture with some items assembled for you to look at to help you decide if you want to buy. The staff were also very helpful.

   The lovely staff allowed me to take home a Christmas tree, free of charge, that someone had kindly donated (left in a box near the exit). This is very much appreciated as I was struggling to find a tree within my price range.

   Some items seem expensive! Found some bargains hidden away which was great! Staff very helpful pity the item was too expensive for me! Most go again to see the top floor items and the rest of the store that I hadn't seen!
