Absolute waste of time made me wait all day since morning saying 5min away and its been 6hours still havnt shown up avoid at all cost!! Thats after iv paid them in advance
I had one of the worst experiences with this company. I contacted them to order vinyl flooring for my bathroom and another room. They scheduled a date to come measure but never showed up. I called multiple times and got no answer. When they finally did come, it was on a completely different day. They told me the flooring was ordered and gave me an installation date, but that was another disaster. I called several times on the day of the supposed installation, and every time they said we’ll be there in an hour or we’re on our way. No one ever came. After all that, they actually admitted they hadn’t even ordered the flooring — and even seemed to find the whole thing amusing. That level of incompetence and disrespect is unbelievable. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They wasted my time, lied repeatedly, and treated me like my business didn’t matter. Avoid them at all costs.
Would never recommend to anyone, will promise a time and then never attend or pick up calls. Got flooring done in November 2024 which were not done properly (3 injuries due to this) pictures were taken and shown. Since then they have been promising days and times to one and fix it but never attend or pick up calls. Would pick if you ring on another unknown number, and the cycle continues of false promises. Initially they had brought the wrong flooring to fit in and luckily this was noticed and were sent back to get the flooring chosen by us. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
Never buy from here got laminate from here paid in full and never come back to finnsh job it's been over a year they not answer phone even been to the guys house he still not come back or rang back. Sweet talker but full of it
Excellent service from Queens Carpet and Furniture. Highly recommend, very polite, professional and reasonably priced; the fitting was efficient, quick and completed up to a great standard. Will definitely be coming back again.
Worst people they gave wrong matress and took ot after a month and did not give refund. Very very bad people. Dont ever buy amything from here as they are fraud.
I have given my address to them and the sent me twice to the address waiting they will do the house measure and they did not appeared I rang them more than 5 times every day wasted my time and petrol. The guy never stick to promise
Needed a new carpet on stairs and landing; Carpet was delivered and fitting within a day of buying it. Such an efficient and professional service! Mr. Khan is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Now I have a happy wife =Happy days! Thank you very much!
Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing customer service, they couldn't do enough to support us choosing our beds. He gave us brilliant advice how to choose the right sofas. Good reasonable prices. Got full house beds and furniture from here, good quality.
