   Excellent customer service. Not pushy, but on hand to answer our questions and offer guidance. The staff knew their products and were happy to help. We were asked if we wanted to try the test bed and offered coffee while we sorted all the 'paperwork'. A really positive shopping experience.

   The service was excellent. Josh explained everything about each matters to make sure I purchased the correct one for me. The test they do to make sure you get the right mattress is very good. Also got a nice cup of coffee while the paper work was being done. Would recommend Dreams for Beds to my family and friends

   What fantastic service we received in store today, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The biggest thank you has to go to Tanya.    Me and my husband were entirely clueless in what mattress we wanted when we entered the store. Graham was extremely patient and helpful in allowing us to decide what we wanted. We also felt safe due to the ongoing pandemic. All staff wore face coverings or adhered to the 2m distancing requirements and we used bed coverings when trying out the beds. Really pleased with what we came away with. Great value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a new mattress.

   Really Happy with the Halifax Store. My partner and I were impressed straight away with the helpfulness and patience of Becky. She kindly asked us if we wanted to go on the Sleepmotion bed to help us decide what would be our best choice for a mattress. When we decided what we wanted she was so helpful when we made our purchase. Becky is a credit to the Company. And we would highly recommend anyone to go to the Halifax Store. Brilliant service.
