   Terrible Experience! I had an awful experience with this company and feel completely scammed. The product quality was poor. Trying to return it was a complete nightmare. I reached out for a refund and have been waiting over a month with no resolution. No one answered my emails, and after calling repeatedly for TWO WEEKS, I finally got through to someone who casually informed me that the company had been recently bought, the old Bed Kings went bankrupt, and they can’t help me with the refund from my original order. There was zero communication about any of this. Completely unacceptable. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this company at all costs!

   Would give zero if possible. Still not had delivery after 4 weeks. Twice told order was due in to their warehouse and then 2 days for delivery. Just tell you anything to get you off the phone. Will cancelling order. Do not use this company.

   We bought the Lancaster bedroom set for £388 and we’re just really unhappy with the overall quality of the furniture for the price we paid. I asked if I could return the full set because we’re so unhappy with it, I really don’t want it in my house but they said nothing could be done once the furniture is built. I feel like I’m stuck with 5 pieces of furniture that we really don’t want and got no help from the customer service at all. The quality is so bad, unsteady, very easily marked you can mark it with your fingernail is so bad. We had the cream which is dull in colour and the wardrobe is the worst, the doors don’t shut properly and it moves when you touched/open and close it. I wish I’d just gone to Ikea because at least I would know what quality I was getting for the same money. I’ll never order furniture online again

   Great products and service! We purchased the Lancaster 4 Piece Set in cream for our guest bedroom. Quick delivery date and time slot sent by text along with driver tracking link. The driver (Mauf), and his colleague, who also assembled the bedroom furniture, were very polite and respectful of our house. They asked us where we wanted the furniture positioning and put it all in place for us. All of the furniture packaging was taken away and the bedroom was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Bed Kings and would definitely buy from them again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   PLEASE STAY AWAY. Rogue company I think. The customer service is none existent, they do not reply, the quality of product is the worst I've ever seen and can't be used for the purpose. I've had to go to my bank to see if I can get my £360 money back as they do not reply. I had 1 message saying we'd used power tools to build it and therefore won't refund!! Never used a power tool to build a drawer set! It's laughable that they can assume something and then use that as an excuse not to refund. My bank have the communication trail now but I'm definitely going further to trading standards as wouldn't want anybody else ripped off and ignored like we have been. It's a lot of money for our family and I've got 2 boxes set in the garage completely useless.

   ORDER #217864 Horrible experience with this company. I've ordered a desk on 28/11/22 but they delivered only half of the package, the other half was lost with carrier and no one can give me an answer to where it is precisely and when I will receive it - nor have I been allowed to return the half of a table I have here to receive a refund. I already asked for a refund several times but I have been completely ignored. I've been struggling to have any kind of update about my order ever since. Avoid this company at all costs, they are nothing but a bunch of scammers.

   I recently purchased a lounge set of furniture from bed kings, 6 weeks delivery we paid for someone to assemble the units and one unit had the fixtures and fittings missing (they posted them back out) we had a query on the table as the gaps are a lot bigger then the other units and you can see the runners. We questioned this via email and got the response that they would check with the manufacturer (we send pictures) we have since chased numerous times to be ignored and are now seeking legal action. This company seems to want your money they once they have it they don’t give a damb ….. shocking customer service and I highly recommend avoiding them or you could be left with faulty goods

   Order number 217154 Cheap materials even worse customer service. Ordered some bedroom furniture and paid for this to be installed. The wardrobe is flimsy and already pealing as the door catches whenever it's opened. They also sent some dodgy handles which after numerous phone calls saying they would resend (5 calls in 4 weeks ) still havnt turned up. Would like to return but they want £100 to collect, avoid this company at all costs. Waste of time phoning up as they can't apologise enough, but never follow through.

   Amazing service from start to finish. Great communication, delivery on the day I asked for. A call from the driver 30 mins before. I paid extra for assembly and I'm glad I did, they guys were fantastic. The build quality is exceptional. They took the cardboard with them after fit and even helped me unbox the mattress that I purchased separately and took that too! I'll be recommending everyone I know! Bed Kings, Rauf is a credit to your company.
